Vintage How - To, Children's Interactive Gardening Book

I love this book!  It's from the 1930's or 40's but I can't find another one like it to do any additional research.
There are still 4 out of the 5 original Vaughan's flower seeds packets.  As you turn each page it adds the flowers to the garden!  Oh so Cute!
